October 1 — Father Jeremy Tobin of Mississippi Catholic wrote a column titled Dialogue —dialogue fearlessly. He writes about Gathering for Mission, an initiative in which Glenmary Father Les Schmidt is heavily invested. Read more.
October 9 — The Catholic News Service picked up this story about Glenmary Brother David Henley, who searches the U.S. and overseas for men to serve in the home missions. Numerous Catholic outlets ran the story in print and online. Read more.
