New Farm Manager Arrives April 14
I am Jason Muhlenkamp, 34, and am the newest
Farm Manager at Glenmary Farm. I am eager and excited
to serve the community.
I feel like that I am 18
years old with 16 years of experience. I have been
called by God for this mission and will give all my
heart, body, mind, and soul to this assignment.
I
have been in the workforce for 20 years working
various jobs from delivery driver to bartender/cook
to warehouse team leader. I am interested in all
parts of the mission such as working at the food
pantry, visiting the elderly at the nursing home,
constructing new homes for Peoples Self Help Housing, working with
young people and doing various jobs around the Farm
and community. The one aspect of my work in Lewis County that most interests me is
Comprehend, which is a program that puts mentally and
physically ill people back in the workforce. I
have a brother that is bipolar and have seen the needs and challenges that the mentally ill face.
I was born July 18, 1973 to Charles and Linda
Muhlenkamp in Celina, Ohio. I have two brothers, Scott
and Eric Muhlenkamp, and a sister, Mandy (Terry)
Lehmkuhl who just had my first nephew, Hayden James.
I enjoy reading, sports,
visiting with friends and family and cooking. I am
looking forward to the challenges and the rewards of
being a Farm Manager.
