How can you determine God's will and separate it from your own will? Each of us has a specific purpose God wants us to serve. It can be difficult to separate what we want from what God wants for us. The problem is, God doesn't present us with a neon sign very often. We have to open ourselves to a number of different paths to finding God's true will for our lives.

A little humiliation is good for the soul, Father Steve writes in his latest column. And it also helps to open ourselves to a deeper conversion.

Father Steve has just returned from Kenya and Africa. Read his reflections and about the insights he gained during his month in Africa meeting with families of current Glenmary students and meeting those aspiring to join Glenmary.

Glenmary's vocation team, led by Father Steve Pawelk, works with men interested in pursuing missionary priesthood or brotherhood with Glenmary. And their diligence is paying off as the number of men in formation continues to grow.
