On this cold, snowy January afternoon, the warmth of
summer seems like a distant memory. But each year,
during the January doldrums, Vacation Bible School
organizers across the country are busily planning and
choosing kits to use during their summer programs.
For one former Glenmary mission in North Carolina,
the perfect program was "Missionaries in Our Own Land," one
of the two Vacation Bible School programs in
Glenmary's Educate & Inspire collection of home
mission materials. The bible school and all
Educate & Inspire items can be viewed and purchased
online.
Also, our annual stewardship report, Building for the
Future, is available. The report shows Glenmary's
work over this past fiscal year, gives an updated
financial picture of the past fiscal year as well as
honors those who made it all possible. This
information can be obtained in several ways: a posted
Statement of Accountability, a downloadable four-
page Report to Donors and a 20-page
Stewardship Report that can be requested.
