Pastor/Staff Transition

The Department can assist a Pastoral Council in planning for various transitions of staff members: pastor, pastoral coordinator or a pastoral staff member. We will work with the pastoral staff to plan for the transition and help devise a process and a ritual to celebrate and show appreciation to the person leaving the parish.

We will also assist in developing a ritual to formally welcome the new person coming to the parish and to install him or her in this new role role.
