Parish Goal Setting

The Department of Pastoral Ministers & Pastoral Services staff is readily available to assist all pastors, pastoral coordinators, pastoral staffs and members of Glenmary parishes in formulating a comprehensive parish plan to help set goals for growth, development, spirituality and outreach.

When invited, we come to a parish and, by dialoguing with members of your church, help develop a plan that will be responsive to your needs, desires and vision.

The Department can also offer assistance and guidance in the implementation of a comprehensive parish plan.

Finally, we will help devise a method that will enable you to evaluate your progress in achieving your goals.
