Department of Pastoral Ministers & Pastoral Services

The Department offers workshops and trainings for Hispanic/Latino leaders in Glenmary missions, recognizing the four important dimensions of Hispanic ministry identified in the U.S. bishops' National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry:

• Pastoral de conjunto or collaborative ministry and spirituality
• Evangelization
• Formation
• A missionary option to reach specifically youth, poor, women and families.

Two specific resources now available

Workshops on leadership formation

Liturgical ministry formation offered in Spanish, specifically for lectors and Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist (EM).

Leaders in parishes not staffed by Glenmary: Contact your local diocesan Office of Hispanic Ministry.
