Department of Pastoral Ministers & Pastoral Services

Mission and Goals

The Glenmary Department of Pastoral Ministers & Pastoral Services, based in Nashville, Tenn., aims to

promote effective evangelization in Glenmary mission territory.
provide opportunities for spiritual growth and development in Glenmary missions.
enhance the quality of ministry in Glenmary parishes by working with pastors, professional staff and parish members to assist in the development of ministerial skills.

Glenmarians and their coworkers in Appalachia, the South and Southwest are the primary clients of the Department of Pastoral Ministers & Pastoral Services. Limited consultations are also available for those missionary dioceses in which Glenmary serves.
